Hey! I’m Suriya Kumar S, a second-year B.Tech Biomedical Engineering student at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur. I strongly believe that one of the most impactful things we can do is share knowledge—and that belief shapes everything I do.
I’m a curious learner, a YouTube content creator▶️, and someone who loves to explore, simplify, and explain complex ideas. Biomedical Engineering allows me to combine my passion for science with real-world impact. It’s a field where innovation meets empathy, and I thrive on solving problems creatively—even if it means using some “unconventional” tools at times!
I enjoy breaking down tough topics into easy, understandable insights—whether they come from classroom lectures or online discoveries. For me, learning is not about memorization but about deep understanding and real-world connection.
I’m currently pursuing my B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, with a strong focus on research and healthcare innovation. My current CGPA is 9.66, and I was awarded a Performance-Based Scholarship for academic excellence🏆 in my first year.
Prior to this, I completed my 12th Grade at St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School🏫, Palayamkottai, specializing in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, and graduated with 76.5%. I initially prepared for the NEET exam, as becoming a doctor had always been my dream. While the path shifted, my passion for healthcare remained strong—leading me to Biomedical Engineering, where I now explore the intersection of medicine, technology, and innovation.
Throughout my academic journey, I’ve worked to balance theoretical understanding with hands-on experience, engaging in projects, workshops, and research that deepen my knowledge of the biomedical field.
